New pop-up restaurant based in Hong Kong
The Non La from Vietnam and the Salakot from the Philippines are traditional, conical shaped straw hats symbolizing the charm and artisanship of both cultures. We aim to bring a taste of that same artisanship to South East Asian domestic workers in Hong Kong through our pop-up restaurant, Straw Hats HK. We serve affordable Vietnamese-Filipino fusion food bi-weekly on Sundays during your day of rest. Co-Founders
Nic is a 19-year-old chef and student at Institut Culinaire Disciples Escoffier.
Nicole owns her own food business called Nicoles Kitchen Hong Kong, selling jelly products. She is also a student at Institut Culinaire Disciples Escoffier.
Kenneth has worked in many Asian restaurants in Hong Kong and is a student at Institut Culinaire Disciples Escoffier.
